Eberly is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Line Cook to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and creative culinary environment. Compensation:
  • Hourly wage ranges from $18 to $20 per hour based on experience. Overtime opportunities are available as applicable.
Benefits:
  • Health Insurance: Aetna coverage, including vision and dental, with a monthly premium of $140 for qualifying full-time employees.
  • Paid Time Off: Full-time employees are eligible for 35 hours paid time off after one year of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels for all products within your station.
  • Prepare ingredients and ensure consistent quality in all dishes.
  • Set up and break down your assigned station.
  • Manage a station producing 5-7 menu items.
  • Communicate with chefs regarding low stock or inventory needs.
  • Ensure high-quality product output while maintaining organization and cleanliness.
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in the development of in-house ferments (such as Koji, Kosho, Kombucha, Miso).
  • Maintain a sense of urgency with a focus on detail, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A genuine willingness to learn and improve.
  • Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback.
  • Opportunities to learn whole protein and seafood fabrication.
  • Occasional opportunities to contribute to special menu items.
  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred, though we are willing to consider candidates with strong potential.
Additional Benefits:
  • Closed on all major holidays, including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the 4th of July.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
